Bo Hussey, Goodwill Southern Piedmont @GoodwillSP @bohussey

Bo is vice president of marketing and communications at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont. He is responsible for creating and driving the execution of marketing, advertising and public relations functions for Goodwill’s job training programs, retail operations, temporary staffing agency and electronic recycling operation. His team has increased media impressions for the agency by more than 250 stories per year; created award-winning advertising campaigns; and re-branded and re-positioned Goodwill’s online efforts, including the launch of social networking sites.


Jameka Whitten, JSW Media Group @jswmediagroup

Jameka is the owner of JSW Media Group, a boutique public relations, marketing and brand management firm. She is also the Chief Operating Officer for Amped 4-A-Cure, Inc (www.amped4acure.org), a non-profit organization that supports cancer research through music, and serves as the Charlotte Ambassador for The Red Pump Project (www.theredpumpproject.com), a national initiative to raise awareness and education about the impact of HIV/AIDS on women and girls. 


Winn Maddrey, Topics Education @wmaddrey

Winn is the Executive Vice President for Topics Education, a strategic communications company that works with businesses and non-profits – locally, regionally and nationally. He is a communications veteran, political junkie, cause marketer and engaged in the local community.



Who Should Attend? Anyone who has experience within the Social Media Industry. The event hopes to promote a higher level discussion of Social Media and is not for beginners
